The Vega is usually supplied with an LPG burner for simple connection to a gas bottle. However we can supply a mains gas version if required.
Some customer have installed these as a more permanent solution, by covering the outside with stone cladding, or tiles.
The metal structure surrounding the burner can become quite hot during use. Please allow it to cool before attempting to move it. The burner generate a lot of heat directly under the burner. It is safe to use on stone patios, but may damage decking or lawns. Simply place the burner on a standard 60cms stone paving slab to insulate from the heat.
Although the burner is stainless steel and weatherproof, the tough black powder coat surround could eventually deteriorate if damaged, so it’s best to store under cover when not in use.
